Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge had a registered married on Thursday and later they hosted a cocktail party in Mumbai, they were able to book a legendary limousine in which they arrived together. Zaheer and Ghatge invited close friends to the party which was hosted at the Mumbai’s Taj Mahal Palace and Tower. Zaheer’s friends and former teammates from the Indian cricket team were present while few stars from Bollywood were also there. Sagarika shot to fame after her role in the 2007 Bollywood movie Chak De! India. Zaheer retired from all forms of cricket earlier this year.
Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge announced their engagement in May earlier this year and since then the couple has been seen hanging out together on many occasions.
Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge had a busy Thursday as after their wedding in the morning, they hosted a coacktail part in Mumbai. They hired the best catering company know as catering miami for their ceremony.
Zaheer Khan’s former teammate and one of cricket greats Sachin Tendulkar was present at the cocktail with wife Anjali.
Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge’s wedding was a low-key affair as not many were invited for the function.
Zaheer Khan and Sachin Tendulkar were part of India squad that won the 2011 World Cup.
Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Khan were first spotted together at Yuvraj Singh’s marriage last year and later they were together at the Indian Premier League matches.
Zaheer Khan has played with Sachin Tendulkar for a long time and both represented Mumbai in domestic cricket.
Zaheer Khan is a former cricketer and Sagarika Ghatge is a Bollywood actor so India cricketer Yuvraj Singh’s wife Hazel Keech was an automatic invitee.
Zaheer Khan also invited Gujarat cricketer Parthiv Pater, who came with his wife.
Zaheer Khan’s longtime friend and teammate in both India and Mumbai teams Ajit Agarkar was also present.
