Police Investigate Company Accused of Vanishing with Millions in Public Funds

The situation you described involves a case of alleged financial fraud in Dakoladh near Rampur, where a finance company is accused of running away with money from numerous investors. The company had been operating in Rampur for the past five years, but for the last nine months, it has failed to return the money to investors, and its employees have not been seen in the market.

Investors, claiming a total loss of around Rs 3 crore, have approached the Rampur police station, appealing for a case to be registered against the finance company. It is reported that the company had local individuals hired to collect money from investors on a daily basis.

Several investors, including Naveen Bhaluni and Chewang Dorje, have stated that they have not received any response from the company for the past nine months despite regular daily collections. A group of individuals, including Chewang Dorje, Sonu Kumar, Ravi Bahadur, Anita, Raveena, Kamala Devi, Sushma, Umadatt, Pooja, Sonu Kumari, Anita, and Chandra Shekhar, have filed a complaint of fraud against the company at the police station.

The police have initiated an investigation based on the filed complaint. However, due to the alleged absconding of the company, there is concern among investors about the potential loss of their investments. The investors are urging the police administration to take action against the employees and manager of the company. Preliminary investigations are underway, and further actions are expected to be taken as the case progresses.
